This Yin practice will honor the first day of Winter, and the longest night of the year. The practice will intentionally explore the experience of silence, stillness, mystery, and movement as an embodied expression of the Winter Season. A special sequence of yin poses, support of selected readings, periods of silence, and gentle attention to the breath, and heeling sounds from the singing bowls. Offer yourself an afternoon of quiet reflection and sacred practice as the season turns once again towards the Sun, the new, the rebirthing of Light.

ManoYoga Workshop
Join us with Libby from Lady of the Land for a ManoYoga Workshop, Thursday November 14th at 7:30pm
ManoYoga is a unique practice that combines chant, breathing exercises, and meditation for good health, happiness, longevity, and peace of mind.
This workshop entails classroom instruction, group-guided practice, and a reference handout to take home. These components will equip you to begin practicing ManoYoga in your daily life.
Sri Somanatha Maharishi developed this practice (sadhana) after he spent 30 years of solitude in the mountains of India. After returning to civilization he had several disciples, including his much-favored disciple, B V Subrahmanyam, a.k.a. Subuji, who took the mantle of sharing and teaching the sadhana internationally. In 2016 during one of his trips to the US, Subuji initiated Libby into ManoYoga.
Libby’s classes are designed to guide you to your inner pharmacy and equip you to access the powerful medicine you hold within. Her sessions are heartfelt and presented in a supportive manner. ManoYoga sadhana is suitable for individuals of all meditation levels. A desire is all that is necessary.
